What this site stores

Your account profile, listings and photos, saved homes, applications, tour requests, and messages are stored to provide the rental marketplace. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider.

Who can see it

Published listings and their photos are public. Applications are visible to the applicant and the listing owner. Messages are visible to their participants. Account dashboards require sign-in.

Location and external services

Maps use OpenStreetMap and approximate neighborhood locations. Your browser contacts its tile service. Exact home addresses are not collected by the listing form. Authentication emails are handled by the connected email account service.

Sharing sensitive details

Do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, bank details, or payment information. Use the withdrawal action to mark an application as withdrawn; this does not delete its stored record.
